Intellectual Property and Project Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in concepts, strategy, proposals, draft work, unselected creative routes, working files, editable files, native files and production files remain with Bwtîc.

Upon full payment of all relevant fees, the client receives the right to use the final approved deliverables for the purpose for which they were commissioned. This does not include ownership of preliminary work, unselected work or production files unless expressly agreed in writing.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the supply of final artwork does not include the release or transfer of editable, native or working files.

Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bwtîc reserves the right to document, publish and promote completed work for portfolio, editorial, awards, exhibition, lecture and self-promotional purposes.

Third-Party Materials
Any third-party materials, software, fonts, images or other licensed elements remain subject to the terms of their original licences.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for any ongoing third-party licensing required for the continued use of such materials.

Sign-Off and Production
Bwtîc is not responsible for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in artwork, copy, content or other materials once final approval or sign-off has been given by the client. Clients are responsible for checking all work carefully before approving it for print, production, publication or release.

Bwtîc is not responsible for variations, errors or issues introduced by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, printers, developers, fabricators or platforms once approved work has left the studio.

Any additional work required after sign-off, including corrections, revisions, reformatting, replacement artwork or liaison with suppliers regarding approved materials, may be chargeable.

Estimates, Scope and Scheduling
Quotations, fees and project timings are provided on the basis of the agreed scope of work.

Any substantial change to scope, content, deliverables, timings or rounds of amendment may require a revised quotation, schedule or both.

Delays in feedback, approval, content supply or third-party input may also affect project timings and delivery.
